EDUCATION MAFIA STRIPPED
Its heartening to see the cinemakers picking social issues,beyond run of the mill,love stories
SUPER 30 ,is yet again,another such movie highlighting the maladies of the education system of our country.
Saw the movie late,hence my late views
A true story of a great samaritan,a maths wizard who on his merit was selected to study at Cambridge,but could not avail the golden rare opportunity due to paucity of money and failure of any help forthcoming ,in form of financial aid,donation,scholarship or even loan
He then dedicated his life to reach under privileged students free,and to ensure that almost all of them make it to the prestigious IITs and fulfill their dreams to study and peruse a respectful career and chase their dreams
The situation is same even today and has worsened. Pathetic state where education is being sold at premium in form of expensive coaching classes,capitation fees for entrance,bribes,and killing cost of education ,especially the professional courses like MBBS and engineering and more so for further studies.
The education mafia is breaking the backbone of all and exploiting the system in connivance with the authorities to ensure that the poor and under privileged cant afford it and even the most talented,bright and deserving have to suppress their desire to peruse their dreams of education and careers
The movie displays this issue well with good direction from Vishal Bansal.Hrithik has done great in the lead role as Anand Kumar and others have done justice to their roles too. Dialogues and script are impactful and so is the music.The musical spoof on a scene from Sholay,is very impressive
The movie does have a distant reflection of Dirty Dozen and Do Ankhain Barah haat,…though both these were based on taming of law offenders.
Though the movie succeeded in conveying the message of need of a cheaper and more accessible education system in present times,at times there were plots which were outdated and reminded one of movies of two or three decades back.like the heroin getting down from a Merc,while the hero repairs a puncture of a cycle tube.
This movie,which is a great tribute to Mr Anand and his Super 30 Institute in Bihar is a must see for all ,especially the academicians to imbibe inspiration and become Dronacharyas with z difference to enable the underprivelaged Eklavyas to persue dreams and bright careers and to ensure that education is not only for the rich but for the deserving
